Tariff and Terms

Linen/Utilities

Towels, tea towels, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided.  Waterproof sheets are provided for young children.  There is no extra charge for electricity.  Cots and high chairs available on request.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement but they must be kept downstairs.  They should be exercised away from the house and garden, on a lead and should not be left unattended except by arrangement.  A charge of £10 per animal will be made.

Payment/Deposit/Cancellation

Your holiday can be provisionally booked via telephone or email but a deposit of £110 (North Wing) or £200 (Farmhouse) will be required to confirm the booking.  The full rental payable becomes due four weeks before arrival day.  In the event of your cancelling your holiday with us, every effort will be made to re-book the accommodation.  Should we be unable to do so, the deposit will become the cancellation fee.

Arrival and Departure Times

Accommodation is Saturday to Saturday
Farmhouse: visitors may occupy the property from 2.30pm on arrival day and are requested to vacate the premises by 10.am on departure day.
North Wing: visitors may occupy the property from 1.30pm on arrival day and are requested to vacate the premises by 10.30.am on departure day.
Visitors taking advantage of early/late ferry crossings are welcome to leave their luggage by arrangement.
